Nico Is Ready for Kindergarten
A Story of Confidence, Kindness, and Growing Up

Nico is excited to start kindergarten, but first he has one important mission: complete everything on his kindergarten readiness checklist. With his enthusiastic little brother, Benny, determined to “help,” each task becomes a fun adventure filled with laughter and a few unexpected surprises.

When the big day arrives, Nico discovers that being ready for kindergarten isn’t about being perfect — it’s about believing in yourself, showing kindness, and having the confidence to take that very first step.

Written and illustrated by Leslie Berg, Nico Is Ready for Kindergarten is a warm, encouraging story for children preparing for one of their first big milestones.
