Returns & Refunds

Because Create Joy Studios offers original artwork and made-to-order fine art prints, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, size selection, color differences between screens and printed artwork, or other personal preference.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and purchase options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me at hello@createjoystudios.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so I can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be provided when required by applicable law.

Original Artwork
Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are produced specifically for each order and are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind.

Subscription Orders
Subscription charges that have already been processed are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will apply to future billing periods. Any order already processed before cancellation may still be fulfilled.
